At Deep Roots Mental Health, we are committed to providing exceptional psychiatric care tailored to your unique needs. Our rates reflect the expertise, dedication, and personalized attention that we bring to every client.

Rates

Initial Evaluation

60-90+ minute session: $375 - $475

Ongoing Care/Follow-up Appointments

55-minute session: $300
25-minute session: $150

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

3-hour session:** $800
2-hour session:** $600 (for established patients only)

Insurance Coverage

We accept insurance and are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Wyoming. If you are covered by BCBS of Wyoming, you may be eligible for coverage of our services. For clients with insurance coverage through other providers, we encourage you to inquire about out-of-network benefits and reimbursement options.

Payment Information

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. We understand that financial considerations can sometimes be a concern, and we are committed to working with our clients to explore available options and make treatment as affordable as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that necessitate rescheduling or canceling appointments. However, to ensure the smooth functioning of our practice and to accommodate all clients effectively, we enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy:

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
If notice is not given within the specified timeframe, clients will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
This policy allows us to optimize our scheduling and allocate our resources efficiently, ensuring that all clients receive timely care.
Additionally, enforcing this policy enables us to utilize canceled appointment slots to accommodate clients on our waitlist who are eagerly awaiting treatment.
